Although this was just a fun family holiday, I learned to swim better in the sea and use a snorkel which was awesome.
I also tried saying a few Greek words like Good Morning – Kalimera and Thank you (Efharisto) – I had to look up those spellings!
I was told about what they make and sell in Crete, lots of olive oil and olives as well as Feta cheese – which I don’t like.
We went with my Aunt, Uncle and their new baby so I helped a lot with how to look after him.
