This was my first city break and I loved it so much. The tomato pasta was the best I’ve ever had in my life and I also ate loads of ice-creams (called Gelato in Italy).
We went on a boat called a Gondola which was really expensive but so lovely, the weather was really hot as well and we had one night with a big storm so the square in the centre was flooded. Me and my Mum went there to paddle in it!
They had lots of big churches and museums and we went to a natural history one with creepy animals stuffed everywhere, that was quite good.
We got water taxis to places too which was so fun but was crowded sometimes. We also ate lots of cake and biscuit type things when we went to cafe’s. I really liked it there, I think the best food is Italian food.
